Repairs / Calibrations We
test with weights and configure where necessary ALL equipment
prior to delivery and will train you on the use of the scales
We offer both field and workshop repairs for
weighing, whether yours is broken or simply in need of a service.
We can provide our customers hire units in
the case of single units, and our optional courier delivery
collect & return service is also available.
In order to be cost effective we have an established
servicing facilities with our suppliers including manufacturers
refurbishments

Purchasing
used Weighing Equipment - If
you purchase or are given used scales, please be aware that
as a second hand piece of equipment you may suffer problems
with bringing it into use. These problems can include:
- Out of date parts, software or spares
- Manufacturer no longer trading
- Lack of user instructions / certification
- Weighing no longer within specifications
- No weights and measures approval
You should be aware that legal for trade use
needs to carry a current weights and measures approval and
scales purchased second hand 'as seen' - for example via eBay
- should therefore be calibrated prior to use
