Conventional digtal scales provide operators with consistant digital weighing results in order to maintain standards, however weighing technologies have advanced over recent years with the introduction of colour changing backlit displays. These can be set up as a means of ensuring the target weight is correct within QC settings.  Specific target and over/ under values are stored in the scales to check the weight of your packages for quality control and overfilling costs which can cover the cost of the machine in a very short timescale.

Overloading of scales is a popular way of braking equipment, and on a recent application we set the target weights to below the capacity of he scale and whenever it trigered this value the scale display changed to RED and on some models an alarm sounds

Static Check scales are also used to check in line processing to ensure your process is compliant as a secondary as maintenance issues can be incorporated into the to reduce your unseen overfill due to a filling line issue. When checking prices please take into account if the scales have been calibrated in UK prior to despatch.

Some models have  memory facilities, printer outputs, and data recording and settings stored easily against product.
