All stored data can be easily downloaded to a PC and managed using the new OHAUS ScaleMate™ software for seamless integration and control. • Two tolerance modes are available: Legal and Free: • In Legal mode, tolerance limits are automatically set according to the Directive pre-packaged prod- uct. In Free mode, users can customize tolerance limits to meet their specific requirements. • The sampling quantity is automatically determined based on the lot size, eliminating the need for manual calculation, but can also be defined manually if necessary. • The Integral Check ensures consistent quality by automatically verifying every pre-packaged prod- uct for weight accuracy and compliance. • Supporting up to 5 lines weight analysis, operating independently for seamless switching and im- proved efficiency. • The five tare modes provide an ideal solution for quality control of pre-packaged products: Free Tare, Average Tare, Preset Tare, Empty/Full, Tare Full/Empty Tare. • Statistical results can be customized and printed for record-keeping or further analysis. • Durable aluminum die-cast housing hold up to daily industrial use. • The number of samples is automatically determined based on the batch size, eliminating the need for calculation, but can also be entered manually if necessary.
