We want to supply the correct machine for your application and the flexibility of products we offer depend on the models and options selected on your order.
As you may have gathered we are a specialist weighing company, and buying scales is tricky however as part of our due dilligence we introduced the facility to book your order, allowing us to check availability, capacities etc prior to payment thereby preventing card payment fees.
Orders can still be placed from the website on checkout and we then re-confirm the order and a payment via Paypal thereby enabling us to supply the correct machine for your application that has been well recieved by our new customers.
Despatch are typically 3-5 working days dependant on make and model selected, to allow us time to set up your scales and test them for you to ensure they are set for UK operation, or if you want shipped direct from the warehouse with original factory settings and to carry out these checks yourselves make a note on the order page, for anything else give us a phone call.
Our Delivery charges are what we pay our carriers on a fixed plan wherever you are in the UK - unlike other suppliers we know the difference in shipping to Perth, Dundee, Broxburn Isle of Man, Skye, Guernsey, Isle of Angelsay etc - however please allow additional days for delivery dependent on bad weather or ferry delays, but you will be able to track your parcel on line with our carriers so you see what we see.
