1. My scales display shows 1g division but the capacity plate says 10g - The scale may have been left in service mode.
   
2. Are all power adaptors the same aren't they ? - using incorrect manufacturers power supply's on instruments can destroy the motherboard in seconds.
   

3. Why do you have so many categories ? - The categories helps simplify various types of  scales are used and typical applications.
   

4. Can you fill jars on a scale to Average / Minimum weight ? - Yes some models have what's called Auto auto tare that when you place empty container on scale rather than press a button it does it itself, thereby eliminating operator forgetfulness !!!
   

5. Can you use price labelling scales for non weighed goods so I can include food allergens - Yes and includes automatic use by dates etc, which we can set up  using appropriate software.
   

6. " I need a counting scale to weigh 1g parts"  - Yes our counting scales offer simple to use operation, however an 0.1g may be better to reduce the number of parts for your sample - we have a range of Hire Units in stock to try out for you.
   

7. We bought scales off of internet company but requires stickers to make it legal for trade - Unfortunately as we cannot confirm the the accuracy, age or software versions of the weigh cell used at manufacture and is illegal in UK.
   

8. "I purchased a machine on line can you fix it ? " - There are many, many machines on internet with paid for rankings but unfortunatly some have no UK support !!
   

9. "Customer bought an 0.01g balance that doesn't have a spirit level - These are for use in schools and colleges not commercial applications and reflected in price you pay.
   

10. I need to record batch I supplied to customer on xx/XX/xxxx in order to recall the batch - Yes we have a range of products dependant on your process
