Counting Scales

Counting scales offer a range of applications and is endless from wholesalers supplying copper fittings to electronics they are also very useful for inventory taking, manufacturing and packaging, and allow you to not only check the number of pieces, but also to create labels confirming contents dispatched.
Counting scales depends on an initial sample in the container to start sampling 5,10 etc, and determine Average Piece Weight.
In an ideal world all parts should be the same but in practical terms they are not, and in choosing the make & model most suitable we would suggest machines with highest internal resolution and ability to re-calculate the piece weight as this will provide the best results.
Where the components are small 0.1g or the component weight is variable you may have to use a precision balance to achieve the best result
We have a range of machines available to determine the varience in component weight and If you would like some assistance or technical support contact us
