The OnaveragePlus® V7 is a UK custom designed "Reference Test" package used for for checking of quantities as detailed by the 2006 average weight regulations, and is very efficient at detecting inadequate packages in batches.
The software automatically collects weight data from balances, generates random sample numbers (SARNS / DARNS), thereby reducing the need for secondary testing. This feature is also includes packages that are in a Warehouse on pallets making it suitable for imported goods to be checked.
The TARE determination test is a quick and easy module within the software where the standard deviation (s) of the tare is less than 1/10 TNE, this automatically determines which set of tests are applicable and stores the value in the test selected making it easy to check packers tares as per welmec directive 6-4.
Version 7 now shows the random numbers on screen and printed upon selected in valid reference test results including recall of previous test results thereby simplifying the operation and existing "reference test data" is automatically converted when loaded into V 7.
We supply the complete portable packages including balances, cables, and case whilst still maintaining a weight of only 8-10Kg making it very compact unit for carrying. The screen test module can also been used for weight recording packages below 100 items.
Balance interfaces are available for a range of both non verified and NAWI class II /III balances suitable for the software and place of use covering a range of readabilities as detailed in national guidlines, these are supplied FREE when balances purchased through ourselves, enabling the enhanced software calculations based on the increased range of products from 5g - 25Kg to which average weight regulations apply.
