The OnaveragePlus® was designed to fulfil the requirements of the average weight legislation.
The design of the average weight
"Reference Test" is to provide a simple easy to use package which can be
used by Trading Standards Service to ensure and assist that packers
are compliant with the 2006 average
The OnaveragePlus® reference solution comprises computer, balance plus it's carry case on only weighs 8Kg and is suitable for both minimum and average weight & volume tests.
The package includes the unique
random number / time generation sample routines, but retains a simple
easy to use GUI interface requiring only minimal entries for carrying
out a full range of test proceedures as detailed in the regulations
In addition to the 9 basic test procedures require only Nominal, Tare and Batch size to implement any of the test proceedures, we also include as standard a number of time efficient modules which include;
- Tare determination module which efficiently selects the optimum weighing proceedure to be used
- Warehouse pick list which works withe RN feature allowing packages to be checked post packing (i.e. distribution centres)
- MCB testing of preformed containers for the plastic / glass industry
test routine to allow checking of batches less than 100 items thereby
providing a better service to start - ups and checks on packers filling
to minimum weight
One of the many many features of our OnaveragePlus® package is that all the number crunching is done automatically, and the test results can be viewed, printed, or exported with T1 or T2 violations easily identified.
The test information can be sent via "bluetooth" or
USB to allow the packer to identify any corrective action that may need to be needed to his process.
package can connect directly with NAWI class II balances and
we have a number of manufacturers interfaces available.
