The latest version of OnaveragePlus® includes increased accuracy of test results for checking batches of the 2006 average weight regulations, affecting density and tare determination calculations to latest BEIS standards (HB).
This was introduced to reflect the modern EC packers who produce shorter production runs and for high value products in the cosmetics industry to ensure consumers are getting what they pay for.
In order to compliment the software calculations we have doveloped balance drivers for a range of Class II (0.1e 0.01d) NAWI portable balances, with keyboardd access the calibration and readiability (d) easily.
The OnaveragePlus® reference kits comprise computer, balance, cables plus it's own professional carry case which only weighs 8Kg and is suitable for both minimum and average weight & volume testing, additional higher capacity balances interfaces may also be added as required.
The package retains a simple easy to use GUI interface requiring only minimal entries for carrying out a full range of test proceedures, as detailed in WELMEC 6 Guide for packers and importers of ℮-marked prepacked products, including our unique random number generating feature.
In addition to the 9 basic test procedures which only requires a minimal amount of entries to implement any of the test proceedures, we also include as standard a number of time and labour efficient modules which include;
- Tare determination module which efficiently selects the optimum weighing proceedure to be used
- Warehouse pick list which works withe RN feature allowing packages to be checked post packing (i.e. warehouses, packers,supermarket distribution centres etc)
- MCB testing of preformed containers for the plastic / glass industry
- Screen test routine to allow checking system providing a better service to start - ups and checks on packers filling to minimum weight or average weight legislation.
One of the many many features of our OnaveragePlus® package is that all the number crunching is done automatically, and the test results can be viewed, printed, or exported with T1 or T2 violations easily. The test information can be sent via "bluetooth" or USB to allow the packer to identify and apply corrective action that may need to be needed to his process.
Above features apply to OnaveragePlus® version 7.0.3 and above.
Wattsoft versions do not meet current compliance requirements.
